It is located at the border of Hunedoara County with Caras-Severin. Altitude: 900m, a top of a hill in the Poiana Rusca Mountains, sorounded by pastures and forests, with clear views 360ยบ and to Retezat Mountain. Warm in the summer with a soft Mediterranean influence, at 7km from the center of the nearest village (were the market, pub or medical center is), with complex access mainly during raining season. The land is aproximatively 10ha divided in 2 plots: one of 8 and other of 2ha. The 2 ha is what in permaculture is identified as "zone 5" - wild zone. The 8 ha is mainly pasture, forest and orchards, and is also where the 2 Gardens are implemented (totalizing less then 1 ha).
