Description of the area:
Description of land and geographic region: Our village (originally hungarian) of 300 inhabitants is situated at 25 km of Fagaras in Transilvania, in a hilly region at 500m altitude, sourounded by forests and grasland.
What do you grow on the farm:
Agriculture is an element within others of our life. We developped different projects in favour of the local community. For example: a sawmill, regular transport service to Fagaras (Taxi Comunitar), recycling of plastic waste. In development is the creation of a small fire department for the village. We organise summer camps for young people and develop with them micro projects for the local community (f.e. activities for the children of the village).

A few words about the family:
The idea of our project can be summarized with two words: autonomy and solidarity. Ideals that we try to come close, knowing that we can never reach them, but are constantly on the move towards them. In short: life is not boring for us and we have a lot of work.
