Off the grid family life in Apuseni

I'm living all year round here in the wild Apuseni mountains. It is my dream to be here. My project is also a project to conserve the traditional way of life of the people in the Apuseni mountains. For many years, the village was alive with around 80 families, until slowly the last original inhabitant moved away. In 2012, I rediscovered the place, I bought land and moved two houses, reconstructed them with straw roof and now I live here alone most of the year and in the summer holiday, my daughter Alice (13) helping me with the guests and visitors.
I need someone who will help me with general tasks around the household like cooking, animal care, maintenace, some wood or hay work. I have bigger projects like building a cob house, building a water mill, raising chickens, goats, train my horses etc. I have also a guest house which I rent in the warmer seasons. We use only solar power, we shower outdoors, we live simply and happy.
We have 2 dogs and 4 cats, a dozen chickens and 2 free horses.
We are 1,5 hours by foot away from the next road, which means there is no car access to us. We go shopping in the city every 1-2 weeks.
I need someone to stay at least 2 weeks or one month. We provide meals and a tent for accommodation. Work is maximum 5 hours a day, 6 days a week.
